Welcome to the
Tariff Modification Information System - Online Application System (TMIS-OAS)
The Tariff Modification Information System-Online Application System (TMIS-OAS) is a web-based portal for the online filing of applications for Tariff Modification pursuant to Sections 1608 and 1609 of the Customs Modernization and Tariff Act. With TMIS-OAS 2.0, the tariff modification process has been fully digitalized, from filing of the application, online payment, and up to issuance of the TC Report.
For guidance on the procedure of the tariff modification process, please refer to the Commission Order No. No. 02-01 (Rules and Regulations to Govern Conduct of Formal Investigation by the Tariff Commission on the Withdrawal and/or Suspension of Concessions Under Section 402 of theTariff and Customs Code of the Philippines) or Citizen’s Charter Step Guide (Sections 1608 and 1609).
How does the TMIS-OAS works?
Register to the TMIS-OAS
- Create an account using a valid email address.
- Complete the Application Form and fill in all required information.
- Upload all documentary requirements in word,PDF or image format.
- Review your information before submission.
Track Your Application
Monitor the progress of the investigation through your dashboard.
Receive Notifications
- Status of the application will be sent via email including the payment of application fee.
- Applicants will also receive notification on requests for additional information (if needed), ocular inspection, and public consultations
- Applicants will be requested to submit their position papers through the TMIS-OAS
